A good daily intake vitamin crucial issue is related to how absorbable the vitamin supplement really is. The majority of daily intake vitamin and mineral supplements dissolve in the stomach, and that’s a problem. So what’s the problem? When you swallow a tablet, capsule, or take a supplement liquid, what happens is the active ingredients are released in the stomach. Stomach acids attack the ingredients and break them into smaller particles. Depending upon the ingredient, most of it is destroyed by the acids. And poor quality tablets made with cheap binders can pass through both the stomach and the intestine and out of the body with little or no absorption. The ‘delivery system’ that provides the best daily intake vitamin absorption uses a process called “enteric coating”. This delivery system is state of the art and is usually only found with advanced pharmaceutical products. This coating, which is made up of pH sensitive polymers, attaches to the tablets and remains intact in the acidic environment of the stomach. Once it passes through the stomach, the coating disintegrates in the small intestine where the highest percentage of ingredients can then be absorbed. In an ideal world, recommended daily intake vitamin and nutrient requirements would be supplied from your diet. However, many people make poor food choices every day. Junk food, processed food, sodas and sweets are the basis for the diet of millions. Even with a well-balanced diet, studies have found the nutrient values of foods have been declining for decades because of soil depletion. Choosing one of the high-quality, broad-spectrum daily intake vitamin supplements helps fill the ‘nutritional gaps’ that everyone has. Daily vitamin essential nutrients that the body requires are extensive and are much more than just vitamins. When considering which daily intake vitamin to take, remember that the least costly ingredients in a daily vitamin are the vitamins and minerals. Your body also needs a wide array of anti-aging natural substances proven to provide specific health benefits. High quality daily intake vitamins should include nutrients such as amino acids, antioxidants, bioflavanoids, neuronutrients, certain herbal extracts, enzymes and specialized substances such as L-Carnosine, alpha lipoic acid, acetyl L-Carnitine and so on. Nutrients such as these have been proven by clinical studies to provide important anti-aging benefits. And these nutrients have to be in the correct proportions to each other based on the latest research. Finding highly absorbable daily intake vitamins can be difficult, but there is a quality manufacturer that incorporates enteric coating in their vitamin supplements. Read more and understand the significance of the term ‘bio-availability’ as it applies when vitamins, minerals and nutrients are being taken every day. Vitamin D deficiency is common in the United States and worldwide. It is known to be important in bone mineral metabolism but now we have information that it does much more. Vitamins are generally known to be responsible for a single disease and appropriate supplementation should correct the disease. A hormone goes to distant tissues and makes multiple metabolic improvements. That’s vitamin D’s job. Your levels of vitamin D should be much higher than previously thought. Certainly much higher than noted on the milk carton or vitamin pills in the local drug store. Here is the story for today. Eight hundred to a thousand IU is needed in general but as we age we need much more. I like liquid formulations best because as you age D is more difficult to absorb. It is probably best to consume that thousand IU daily for consistency in improving all the things Vitamin D will do for you. For example hip fracture drops 23% and other non-vertebral fractures drop 26%. We know about retarding bone loss as we age but did you that it works on the muscles as well? Lower extremity strength and improved walking were shown in several studies in older people. The risk of falling is improved 22%. It’s nice to have less muscle pain, walk a little faster and get out of a chair quicker than the other seniors. Arthritis is decreased in severity as well. Many cancers are also significantly diminished in occurrence by increasing vitamin D. These include cancers of the colon, breast, and prostate. Other metabolic disorders include type 1 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, possibly type 2 diabetes and multiple sclerosis. Vitamin D is a potent modulator of activated T and B-lymphocytes, the workhorses of the immune system. Animal models show prevention of rheumatoid arthritis, and Crohn’s Disease of the bowel. Research has shown marked improvement in psoriasis as well. If that isn’t enough, it is generally noted that there is a distinct improvement in well being and energy, often in the first week. All these improvements were reported in Endocrine News, a publication of the Endocrine Society in the August/September issue 2005 beginning on page 10. It’s remarkable what you can do for yourself when you couple reliable information about health into action for your life. It’s not just good it’s thrilling. It’s the way life is supposed to be. It’s your time. Dr. Joe By: J. Joseph Prendergast Phoenix Private Label Manufacturing

Vitamins and minerals are good for both preventing and treating various diseases. The specific chemical mechanisms that they determine have been studied for a long period of time. Scientists have tried to find out what dosage is necessary for improving the symptoms of a certain health condition. Vitamins A, C and E proved to be particularly effective in the treatment of warts. People are recommended to take these vitamins and minerals to assist with wart removal. Zinc sulfate is one of the minerals that enhance considerably the immune system so that the body can fight the viral infection faster and better. The way these vitamins and minerals are administered also plays an important role. These can be taken orally as pills or capsules. In addition, taking out the oil from the vitamin E capsules and applying it directly on the affected area is good, as well. Another way is to make sure that the diet is rich in all the necessary vitamins and minerals. The natural remedies that supply the vitamins and minerals to assist with wart removal are numerous. The skin of the bananas, for example, contains certain substances that help in the removal process. Applying a small part of banana skin on the wart and pressing it with a bandage will supply the skin the necessary substances. Vitamins cannot be used as a sole treatment for these skin lesions. Instead, it is recommended to use vitamins and minerals to assist with wart removal. No matter if people choose surgical interventions or natural remedies for their problem, the vitamins and the minerals will always prove benefic since they improve the immune system. More than that, vitamins and minerals will prevent the expansion of the affected area. Some of the vitamins from the B complex have also proved to help in the treatment of the warts. These vitamins improve the aspect of the skin in general, so they should not miss from the diets of the people. This is why it is recommended to consume as many fruits and vegetables as possible each day. It is important to talk to a health care provider about the vitamins and minerals to assist with wart removal before taking other supplements for this skin condition. It is possible that the supplement for warts will interact with the vitamins. In conclusion, it is recommended to check the drug interactions in order to prevent any possible adverse reactions. Studies show the link between an increased risk to getting chronic headaches when you are deficient in certain vitamins and minerals. If you eat a balanced health diet, then you would find that this can hardly be the case. As it is, most of us do not eat well for a variety of reasons. You should therefore up your intake of vitamins for headache prevention. I suggest that you try the following take supplements; especially of B2 (Riboflavin), B6 (Pyridoxine), Calcium and Magnesium. In fact, many already know about the benefits about Magnesium. Studies have shown that if you suffer from migraines you probably do not have enough of this mineral in your brain. This headache pain treatment product is required for the proper performance of serotonin. Magnesium also affects your arteries. When your body is low in this headache pain treatment product your arteries will constrict more. So, upping your intake of this headache pain treatment product is a good idea. You can do this by eating more dark green leafy vegetables, whole grains, seafood, beans and nuts. However, do take a note in what you eating because some of these foods, like nuts, can also trigger headaches. For this reason, you may wish to consider Magnesium supplements instead. Calcium is another mineral that can be found in dark green leafy vegetables. Other sources of calcium are found in dairy products and seafood. If you are taking Magnesium supplements and decide to take Calcium supplements too then you should know that you cannot take them at the same time of the day because Calcium can block the body’s ability to properly absorb Magnesium. Therefore you should take take them at different times of the day; say one in the morning and the other in the evening. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) and Vitamin B6 have been proven headache pain relief products that will reduce the number of migraines you will have. While you may prefer to take a B complex supplement, please note that the other B vitamins are not proven headache pain treatment products. However, you may still wish to take the other B vitamins as they are known to reduce the risk of strokes. You can always check with your doctor about consuming the above mentioned vitamins for headache prevention. Also, try to ensure that you eat healthily so that you get natural sources of these vitamins. Taking these vitamins for headache care and prevention is far better than popping in headache drug medications! By: Sandra Kim Leong Tempe Private Label Manufacturing

Vitamin B information is necessary in order to know its health benefits. It is important to understand that vitamin B can help maintain total body health and growth. Vitamin B is composed of several specific nutrients. These are vitamins B1 or thiamine, B2 riboflavin, B3 niacin, B5, B6, and B12. They are collectively known as vitamin B complex. Vitamin B complex is a recent discovery. Some decades ago, scientist believed that vitamin B is composed only of a single nutrient. Through research, other types of vitamin B have been discovered and found out to deliver specific benefits for the body. Vitamin B is also a water soluble nutrient. It means it can easily be absorbed by your system through water and body fluids. And because it is water soluble, it can also be easily excreted. This minimizes the risk of excess vitamin B intake. This vitamin helps in the digestion process. It stimulates gastric juices which are needed for proper digestion. Vitamin B is also help the body absorb more macro-nutrients. The liver benefits also from vitamin B. By helping in the digestive processes, vitamin B enables the liver to filter more wastes and body toxins. If body wastes are thoroughly processed, the overall condition of the body will certainly improve. It also promotes cell rejuvenation. This is made possible by the ability of Vitamin B to assist in generating new cell growth. If more healthy cells will grow, the resistance of the body also increases. Studies have shown that one of the ways to be healthy is to eat a certain amount of fruits daily. It doesn’t always have to be an apple, banana or an orange since there are a large variety of these in the supermarket that changes depending on the season. An interesting fruit from the China that is now planted and harvested in the United States is the Kiwi. These are oval in shape about the size of a hen’s egg and have to be peeled before it can be eaten. When it is opened, people will notice that it is either bright green or golden in color with seeds inside. It may look different but the taste can be compared to a banana, pineapple or a strawberry. Not only are these fruits delicious but it also provides a good amount of vitamins c that the body needs. The Kiwi has been known to have high concentrations of vitamin C. One piece that comes from a tree contains 74 mgs while those that are bought in the supermarket and are stored in a cooler will only have 57 mgs. Why the reduction in the number of mgs of Vitamin C? This is because some of it is lost when these are harvested, washed and refrigerated until this is bought by a customer. The Kiwi is also known to have amounts of Vitamin A and E. Although scientists have not been able to pinpoint yet it’s properties, those who eat the fruit are able to get antioxidants, which keeps the skin smooth and healthy. In fact, the more Kiwis that a person eats, the greater the chances of avoiding respiratory related problems such as colds, cough and shortness of breath. Kiwi is also rich in fiber. Studies show that is can lower the level of cholesterol thus reducing the likelihood of heart disease or even a stroke. When rated among a variety of fruits such as mango, strawberry and watermelon, it ranked number one in terms of minerals such as copper, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium. This fruit is also used tenderizing meat. People may not notice this when this is eaten and some call it the secret ingredient that makes the meal tastes so good in a barbecue. Not everyone though can eat kiwi. This is because it also contains similar protein dissolving enzyme that is found in papayas or pineapples. This means it can’t also be served with milk like how banana is placed with frosted flakes and milk. In order to get the richness of its vitamins, people are advised to cut it open and eat like a mango or a pineapple. If eating the hairy skin is not to the person’s liking, this can be scooped using a spoon then placed into the mouth. Kiwis are ideal when these are placed in salads or used as a fruit tart. This means it can be served well before the main course or the last thing people will have as dessert, which everyone will have before going home after a hearty meal. Indeed, Kiwi is rich in vitamins A, C and E as well other things that are needed for the body. One can go to the supermarket and buy a few to taste and experience the difference. —————————————- Note: This article may be freely reproduced as long as the AUTHOR’S resource box at the bottom of this article is included and and all links must be Active/Linkable with no syntax changes. —————————————– By: Charlene Nuble Phoenix Vitamin Manufacturing

Conditions such as eczema are closely linked to vitamin deficiency and related dietary problems. This means that, according to research, it is possible to improve the symptoms of eczema by increasing intake of Vitamin E, which works by reducing the over activity of the immune system which is responsible for the condition. Vitamin E is present in a number of foods, including eggs and vegetables. All in all, it is important to ensure a healthy balanced diet to obtain the correct vitamin intake. Vitamin E, in addition to all other vitamins in our diet is imperative for the health and well being of our bodies. For this reason alone vitamin E is an essential component of any diet. Vitamin E is thought to have wide-ranging effects on the body and general health. It has been linked by numerous clinical trials to reducing the chances of heart disease and strokes, as well as a number of cancers, based primarily on its anti-oxidizing properties. Additionally, it is thought that it may also improve the condition of those suffering from arthritis and various respiratory conditions. It has also been proven to counter the effect of toxins encountered during the course of daily life, and is thought to be fantastic for cleansing the body generally. It is also thought to play a significant part in a number of other conditions, ranging from diabetes to cataracts, making it an all round useful addition to any diet. Vitamin E is particularly useful to treat infants and other young children that suffer from eczema and cradle cap, largely as a result of its safe, natural composition. There are a number of topical creams and ointments based on vitamin E which are specifically designed for treating eczema and other related skin disorders. Most specialists would recommend vitamin E based treatments as the number one option for infants and children with skin problems, and as a very viable option for adults suffering from this type of condition. Many adults suffering from eczema and related conditions also use vitamin E-based treatments as they have many benefits. Vitamin E keeps the skin moisturized which helps prevent the skin from drying and therefore reduces the need for itching. Additionally, its antioxidant properties make it a firm favorite for a number of adults suffering from these conditions. By far the best method of absorbing vitamin E is through eating the correct foods. Although it is possible to take vitamin supplements to increase your vitamin E intake, it is much more efficient if you eat vitamin E rich foods, natural is better, right? Additionally, you should always bear in mind that excessive consumption can cause problems, as with all vitamins and may even be toxic in some cases. Most people are becoming more health conscious. Many of the baby boomers are looking for ways to look and feel younger. This is where selling vitamins comes in. Vitamin sales are growing each year, and as people become more health conscious, it will continue to grow. This is why so many people who want to work from home are looking at a vitamin business opportunity as an option. It is very likely to succeed. There are many ways to start a vitamin business. Some require very little up front money, while others require a substantial investment. Research the companies and find one that suits your needs best. When you begin your search, decide if you want to work with people in your community, on the internet or both. Many vitamin business parent companies are based on the business owner working personally with people. They want the business owner to get clients to buy the products and other people into business. This option usually has large start up costs. You are required to have inventory on hand for your clients. Depending on the number of clients and the amount of space in your house, this may or may not be a problem. Some offer training, support, and tools to help, but you will have a lot of footwork to do yourself. Your main advertising campaign will be word of mouth. However, you can ask local gyms, salons, and spas if you can leave flyers or brochures at their front desk. However, your happy clients will do more for your vitamin business in the end. As mentioned, some of these parent companies ask you to sign up other people for selling vitamins under your guidance. You should not view these people as competition, but as an additional source of income. Everything they sell and the people they sponsor add to your income. These companies are Multi Level Marketing companies and with hard work, you can make your vitamin business very profitable. Many companies offer the owner the option of purchasing a web site. This helps your business grow with an extended, possibly international, clientele. You will also usually get other people interested in selling vitamins to sign up under you. This is not the only option. Several vitamin business opportunities are completely internet based. They do not require you to keep any inventory and their start up costs are usually minimal. You can sell to people face to face, but you would direct them to your website to place their orders, which are shipped directly to them. These companies are usually vitamin distribution warehouses. They help people to set up a virtual home business to move their stock. The web site of the owner is connected to the warehouse, and orders are processed immediately. There is actually very little the owner needs to do. The main focus on the internet business owner is marketing of their web site. It is a good idea to join affiliation programs, which will allow your vitamin business to advertise on other web sites in the form of a link. It helps to bring more people to the web site then just relying on search engines. However, you have to make sure that your web site is search engine optimized. By placing keywords used by search engines in the content of the web site, you will be higher on the results lists and bring more prospective clients to your site. Depending on the type of vitamin business opportunity you choose will change your compensation. It can range from a few cents to a few dollars depending on the product. Check out the compensation plans of each company you are interested in. Make sure you are comfortable with it before signing up. One thing you should do is keep up with trends by getting in on conference calls or seminars, if the company offers them. Read industry newsletters, periodicals and books. Periodically talk with your clients to see if they are following trends or are interested in specific items. If you carry inventory make sure you have the newest items. If something is going to be discontinued, let your clients know. You have two main goals for your vitamin business, which are interdependent. Keep your clients happy, to keep your profits high. A deficiency of vitamins can lead to a variety of health problems, including some forms of arthritis. These organic nutrients are normal sourced through our intake of fresh fruit and vegetables. Due to the following factors, it is not always possible to get our recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamins: 1) Poor soil quality 2) Modern processing methods 3) Popularity of ‘Junk’ foods As an alternative to getting your RDA through diet, many people now take vitamin supplements. The following list of vitamins are known to be especially beneficial to arthritis sufferers: Vitamin B5 – When grouped and tanked together, B vitamins work at their peak. They, and B5 specifically, are good for reducing swelling. Vitamin B3 – This vitamin reduces tissue swelling and dilates small arteries, increasing blood flow. Note that Vitamin B3 is NOT advised for persons with high blood pressure, gout or sliver disorders. Vitamin B6 – Another B that reduces tissue swelling. Vitamin B12 – This vitamin aids in multiple functions. It helps with cell formation, digestion, myelin production, nerve protection. Vitamin C – This vitamin acts as an anti-inflammatory, relieving pain, and rids the body of free radicals. Vitamin E – This is a strong antioxidant that protects joints from free radicals while increases joint flexibility. Vitamin K – This vitamin assists with mineral deposit into the bone matrix. Vitamins combine with enzymes involved with tissue repair, cell production and our metabolism. There are two types of vitamins: Water Soluable – These vitamins ( B and C complex ) are not not stored in our body organs and usually pass through our bodies very quickly, in the form of urine. It is therefore important to have regular daily intakes of these vitamins. Fat Soluable – Vitamins A, D, E and K stay in the body as they are stored in the liver.
